The first RemoteScan TS/CX license you purchase includes two
components: a license to install RemoteScan onto one PC
or Thin Client workstation, and a license to install RemoteScan
onto an unlimited number of WindowsTerminal Services or Citrix Server
or Server Farm.
The unlimited Terminal Services / Citrix Server license, which
includes your first workstation license, is currently priced
at

Volume prices for two or more additional RemoteScan workstation
licenses are significantly reduced. To see these current price discounts,

After making your purchase, you will immediately receive

If you have any problem with placing your order on-line,

by phone, or arrange to accept your purchase order or check order, as
well as accept direct bank deposit.

Guarantee
If RemoteScan does not function as you expect, you may receive a full refund
within the first 14 days (fourteen days) after purchase ONLY if the software
has NOT been registered. Once the RemoteScan software has been registered, no
refund will be given even if requested within 14 days after purchase.
If you need to request a refund, you can do so by contacting us by email, fax
or phone and providing us with the following information:
1) The user name used to download your software.
2) The date you purchased your software.
3) The name used to order the software (name on credit card or purchase order).
4) Your email address
5) Your phone number.
We will then confirm that the purchase of your software was not made more than
14 days before your request for a refund, and we will confirm that the software
has not been registered. We will then issue a full credit refund if your purchase
was made with credit card. If you purchase was made by company check, we will
contact you for your mailing address and send you a refund check in US Mail.

email support page during normal business hours. Free updates as well as
phone support are provided for thirty days from date of purchase. An additional
year of direct phone support during normal business hours, as well as access
to software updates, can be purchased at time of order for an additional 20%
of purchase price.
