RemoteScan TS/CX is the software solution for scanning directly from any TWAIN or WIA compliant scanner into any hosted software. Use RemoteScan TS/CX with all EMR,
document management, financial and any other software application
that runs on any Windows Terminal Server or any Citrix Server.

All RemoteScan purchases include free updates
and email support for thirty days from date of purchase (additional
support packages can be purchased on the next page).

— We can take your order by phone, or arrange to accept your company purchase
order, or bank transfer payment through SWIFT system.
Guarantee
If RemoteScan does not function as you expect, you may receive a full refund
within the first 14 days (fourteen days) after purchase ONLY if the software
has NOT been registered. Once the RemoteScan software has been registered, no
refund will be given even if requested within 14 days after purchase.
If you need to request a refund, you can do so by contacting us by email, fax
or phone and providing us with the following information:
1) The user name used to download your software.
2) The date you purchased your software.
3) The name used to order the software (name on credit card or purchase order).
4) Your email address
5) Your phone number.
We will then confirm that the purchase of your software was not made more than
14 days before your request for a refund, and we will confirm that the software
has not been registered. We will then issue a full credit refund if your purchase
was made with credit card. If you purchase was made by company check, we will
contact you for your mailing address and send you a refund check in US Mail.

support page during normal business hours. Free updates as well as email
support is provided for thirty days from date of purchase. Additional direct
phone support during normal business hours, as well as access to software updates,

alternatives.
