RemoteScan™ Product Web Registration
If the registration was unsuccessful, a message box will tell you
to manually register. If that is the case, follow these instructions:

Click 'ok' on the message box.

In the RemoteScan registration dialog, click the "+" button.

Click 'Copy to clipboard'.

Open your web browser and go to: http://www.remote-scan.com/customer

Log in with your username and password.

Click on the 'Generate Unlock Key' link.

At the bottom of that page, there is a box that says 'Customer Information (MAC Address):'
Right click in this box and select 'paste' (or use Ctrl+V keys).

If you know the machine name enter that into the box next to the customer information box.

Click the Generate Key button. You will see your RemoteScan Key appear in the list above.

Copy the key to the clipboard; (highlight with the mouse, right click and select 'copy')

Re-open the RemoteScan registration dialog box

right click into the Unlock Key box and select 'Paste'.

Click 'Save'.

Your RemoteScan software is now registered.
