Executive Assistant for Marketing and Technical Staff

The job requirements (listed in detail further down), include the ability to provide assistance with scheduling follow up calls to RemoteScan customers for RemoteScan sales and technical support staff, using internal tracking system to document progress of follow ups. The executive assistant will also assist with researching and identifying potential new markets for RemoteScan and with implementing marketing plans. Other duties to be assigned as needed.

RESPONSIBILITES AND JOB DESCRIPTION
1. . Answer phone calls for both sales and tech support staff, and take messages and route to appropriate staff in friendly and courteous way. As 100% of our company's presence is by phone calls and through email, all phone and email interaction must be highly professional.
2. Schedule follow up calls for RemoteScan job tickets. Work with RemoteScan technical support and sales staff to ensure person to person follow ups happen for 100% of job tickets.
3. Use internal admin tracking system to track status of follow up calls and indicate further actions needed.
4. Work with sales staff to generate invoices for customer purchase orders.
5. Assist marketing team with identifying new markets for RemoteScan.
6. Assist with implementing marketing plans.
7. Others duties to be assigned as needed.

Skills to demonstrate and acquire within the probation period (90 days from start date):
1. Develop basic understanding of what RemoteScan products do and concisely describe to customers in presales phone calls.
2. Working understanding of RemoteScan internal admin system as it relates to job tickets, customer accounts, quotes, and purchase order logs.
3. Implement methodology for ensuring person to person follow ups by communicating with RemoteScan technical support staff , sales staff, and customers and then entering call back times on calendar.
7. Demonstrate ability to work well with other RemoteScan staff, including technical, sales and marketing staff.

o Must never take or remove (either by electronically copying, emailing, posting, printing, etc.) any company intellectual property (source code, database data, internal correspondence or memos, etc.) from company offices or company computers or company servers or company databases.
o Must maintain an over-all good citizen standing. RemoteScan corporation prides itself with being part of the Missoula community, and because our world-wide customer base includes many security conscious customers, including government, financial, medical and military customers who have reasonable security concerns regarding anyone who might have access to computer code that is installed on their computers and networks, we require that each of our employees have and maintain a clean police and legal record, such as would be required of a public school teacher or a legal professional.


NDA (non-disclosure agreement): As is required by virtually all technology companies, you will be expected to sign a standard non-disclosure agreement before beginning employment. This will be an agreement that you will not share any of our trade secrets with anyone during your employment and for a standard time period (three years) past the end of your employment, and that you do not work in any capacity for any of our competitors for a standard period (three years) after the end of your employment with us. However, in Montana we have no competitors.
